Some things to keep in mind when meditating include:
- Find a place that you personally find comfortable
- Set a timer (How long it is is up to you)
- Attempt to focus on your body and breathing patterns - you should be able to feel yourself breathing deeply.
- notice when your mind has wandered - try to correct it, but remember to be nice to yourself.
- if you want to, close your eyes. it cant prevent distractions from having an affect on you.
